The wait is over! The Roundwood Variety Group is thrilled to announce that tickets for our much-anticipated 2025 production of ‘Puss in Boots’ are officially on sale! Get ready for an unforgettable night of laughter, adventure, and magic as we bring this classic fairy tale to life on stage!
Show Dates: Friday the 31st of January, Saturday Matinee 1st of February and Sunday the 2nd of February.

Taekwon-Do at Laragh
Laragh Taekwon-Do is running the fantastic ITF Kids Development Program for the 4s to 8s, it covers topics such as physical skills, mind skills, independence skills, nutrition awareness and of course Taekwon-Do Skills. The program also has three extra modules namely Danger Awareness, Stranger Awareness and Bullying Awareness.
We also run the full International Taekwon-Do Federation syllabus including pattern, sparring, power and special technique for our 10s upward and teenagers.

Bright Stars Baby & Toddler Group
Why not come along to our baby and toddler group on Wednesday mornings at 10.30am. Each week this group will provide a welcoming and lively space for parents and children to gather and grow. Our activities will include ‘messy play’, story and song, games (guest speakers), snacks, tidy-up and new equipment which will allow both you as the parent/carer and your child to meet friends, explore new things and learn. For some parents, grandparents and carers, the weekly catch-up and opportunity for children to play and make new friends is enough. For others, the support makes them that bit more confident in their parenting role. Cost €5.50 per family. Call us on 0404 45600 if you have any questions about the group.
Zumba Dance Class
Join us for Zumba classes to kick off the New Year. Starting next week, 15th January!
The class is now being held in St. Kevin’s National School, Laragh on Wednesdays at 7pm. You can contact Olivia on 086 3395873.
Laragh GAA
We would like to thank all the businesses that generously donated to and participated in our pitch-side signage fundraiser. Their contributions have been instrumental in advancing our clubhouse development project.
A big thank you must also go out to the committee members who helped design the signs and erected them.

Glendalough Visitor Centre
The Glendalough Visitor Centre is delighted to be open again on Sunday 12th January, 2025 from 9.30am with last admissions at 4.15pm.
We look forward to welcoming all visitors to this wonderful heritage site.
Wicklow Mountains National Park
The path alongside Poulanass Waterfall in Glendalough is currently closed. A fallen tree has badly damaged the path and fence. A detour is now in place for all affected trails. The National Park office and the Glendalough Visitor Centre are now open.
